摘要 近几年养鸽业的规模化、机械化和标准化程度都取得了很大进展,养鸽业已逐渐成为畜牧业的一个独立的产业分支。但目前关于乳鸽能量、粗蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物元素和维生素需要量的研究鲜有报道,这可能是由于乳鸽在达到成年体重之前一直由亲鸽哺喂所致。本文综述了乳鸽早期生长及鸽乳营养水平的研究进展,为乳鸽营养需要研究和人工育雏实践提供理论依据,以促进肉鸽养殖业的健康发展。

Abstract: During recent years, the scale, mechanization and standardization of the pigeon industry have been greatly improved. The pigeon industry has gradually become an independent branch of animal husbandry. However, the requirements of energy, protein, amino acids, minerals and vitamins of pigeon squabs were rarely reported. This may be due to the fact that pigeon squabs need to be fed ‘milk’ by both male and female pigeons before they reach adult weights. The research progress on the early extraordinary growth of pigeon squabs and the nutrient levels of crop milk are reviewed in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis for the research on the nutritional needs of squabs and the artificial brooding of squabs in practice, so as to promote the healthy development of the pigeon industry.
