棕榈油脂肪粉与豆油对育肥期湖羊生长性能和营养物质消化利用的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加棕榈油脂肪粉(PP)与豆油(SO)对育肥期湖羊生长性能和营养物质消化利用的影响。选用40只体况良好、体重为(30±1)kg的4月龄湖羊公羊,随机分为2个组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。试验配制2种饲粮,分别添加3%的PP和3%的SO。当试验羊平均体重达40 kg时,每个组选6只接近平均体重的试验羊采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:1)2组间各阶段体重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验期第1~45天,2组间平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),第46~60天,PP组平均日增重有高于SO组的趋势(P=0.097)。2)2组间各阶段平均干物质采食量及饲料转化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。3)PP组粗脂肪表观消化率有高于SO组的趋势(P=0.071);2组间干物质、有机物和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)2组间能量代谢各指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。5)2组间氮代谢各指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,综合育肥期湖羊生长、营养物质消化利用、能量代谢和氮代谢指标,饲粮脂肪添加水平为3%时,添加PP和SO的饲喂效果基本相同。

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of palm oil fatty powder (PP) and soybean oil (SO) on the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of fattening Hu sheep. Forty 4-month-old male Hu sheep weighed (30±1) kg were chosen and randomly assigned into two groups with 4 replicates in each group and 5 Hu sheep per replicate. Two diets added with 3% PP or 3% SO were fed to the sheep in the present study. When the average body weight of sheep was up to 40 kg, 6 sheep in each group were picked out for digestion and metabolism trial using total urine and fecal collection method. The results showed as follows:1) there was no significant difference in body weight between two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in average daily gain (ADG) between two groups from 1 to 45 days, (P>0.05). From 46 to 60 days, the ADG in PP group tended to be higher than that in SO group (P=0.097). 2) There was no significant difference in average dry matter intake and feed conversion ratio between PP group and SO group (P>0.05). 3) The apparent digestibility of crude fat in PP group tended to be higher than that in SO group (P=0.071). There was no significant difference in apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter and neutral detergent fiber between two groups (P>0.05). 4) There was no significant difference in energy metabolism between PP group and SO group (P>0.05). 5) There were no significant differences in the indexes of nitrogen metabolism between two groups (P>0.05). Under the present trial condition, when the dietary fat level is 3%, the feeding effect of adding PP and SO on growth performance, nutrients digestion, energy metabolism and nitrogen metabolism of Hu sheep in the comprehensive fattening period is approximate.
