啤酒酵母对生长獭兔盲肠微生物及营养物质消化率的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的啤酒酵母对生长獭兔盲肠微生物及营养物质消化率的影响。选取120只30日龄、体重相近的健康白色獭兔(公母各占1/2),按性别和体重分成4组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中以5、10、15 kg/t的啤酒酵母等量替代豆粕的试验饲粮。预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)60、80、100日龄时,各试验组獭兔盲肠微生物操作分类单元(OTU)数量均高于对照组(P>0.05)。80日龄时,各试验组Ace指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组Chao1指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。100日龄时,试验Ⅱ组Shannon指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)试验Ⅱ组干物质、总能、磷、粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维的消化率均最高,且显著于对照组高(P<0.05)。由此可见,啤酒酵母可以丰富獭兔盲肠微生物种群,有助于獭兔盲肠微生物区系稳态的建立,提高营养物质消化率。

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different supplemental levels of beer yeast on cecal microflora and nutrient digestibility of growing Rex rabbits. A total of 120 healthy white Rex rabbits (half male and female half) with a similar body weight at 30 days of age were divided into 4 groups with 30 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. Rex rabbits in the control group was fed a basal diet, and those in test groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the experimental diets that replaced the soybean meal of basal diets with 5, 10, 15 kg/t beer yeast, respectively. The pre-feeding period lasted for 10 days, and the experimental period lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:1) on 60, 80 and 100 days of age, the operational taxonomic units (OUT) number of cecal microflora of all test groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). On 80 days of age, the Ace index of all test groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the Chao1 index of test groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); on 100 days of age, the Shannon index of test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 2) The digestibilities of dry matter, total energy, phosphorus, crude protein and neutral detergent fiber were the highest, and significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, beer yeast can enrich the cecal microbial population and contributes to the establishment of the cecal microflora homeostasis, and improves the nutrient digestibility of Rex rabbits.
