凡纳滨对虾对4种鱼粉及其简单组合的利用

摘要

本试验通过研究凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)对4种鱼粉及其简单组合的利用情况,旨在分析其可利用性及各自特点。试验选用了智利蒸汽鱼粉、秘鲁直火鱼粉、国产半脱脂鱼粉及国产鱼排粉作为试验材料。共设8个组,4个单一组(蒸汽、直火、半脱脂和鱼排组),4个组合组[蒸汽∶直火(1∶1)、蒸汽∶半脱脂(1∶1)、蒸汽∶直火∶半脱脂(1∶1∶1)和蒸汽∶鱼排(1∶1)组],每组3个重复,单重复投放初始体重为(0.60±0.00) g的幼虾40尾,试验期为8周。结果显示,前3个单一组(蒸汽、直火、半脱脂组)在生长指标上差异不显著(P>0.05)。而半脱脂组蛋白质表观消化率显著优于其他3个单一组(P<0.05)。除蒸汽∶鱼排组合的生长指标和蛋白质表观消化率与蒸汽组存在差异外(P<0.05),各组合组在生长与机体营养成分2方面均与相应单一组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此得出,国产半脱脂鱼粉、智利蒸汽鱼粉和秘鲁直火鱼粉养殖效果均较好,皆可在凡纳滨对虾配合饲料中单独使用;鱼粉之间简单组合有利于蛋白质互补,但个别组合会影响生长;鱼排粉使用时要结合其优劣2方面综合考虑。

Abstract

This trial was conducted to study the utilization of 4 fish meal and their simple combination by the Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) for analyzing their utilized ability and feature. Four fish meal were used, which were standard steam (SD) fish meal from Chile, fair average quality flame dried (FAQ) fish meal from Peru, internal semi-skimmed (SS) fish meal and internal fish steak (FS) meal. And 8 groups were set, which were 4 single groups (SD, FAQ, SS and FS) and 4 combined groups (SD∶FAQ (1∶1), SD∶SS (1∶1), SD∶FAQ∶SS (1∶1∶1) and SD∶FS (1∶1)). Every group had 3 replicates and each replicate was randomly assigned 40 juvenile shrimps with initial weight of (0.60±0.00) g. The feeding trial lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed that: on weight gain rate, feed conversion rate and other growth indexes, the pre 3 single groups (SD, FAQ and SS) had not significant difference (P>0.05). However, the apparent digestibility of crude protein in SS group was significantly higher than that in the other 3 single groups (P<0.05). The growth indexes and the apparent digestibility of crude protein in SD∶FS group were significantly worse than those in SD group (P<0.05). But other combined groups on the growth indexes or body and muscle ingredients had not significant difference with the relevant single groups (P>0.05). It was concluded that the internal SS, SD (Chile) and FAQ (Peru) fish meal could be singly used in the Pacific white shrimp compound feed. The fish meal simple combination could make nutrient’s complementation, but a few combined groups’ growth indexes were to decline. The FS meal, when used in aquafeed, need to be considered its advantages and disadvantages.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2009,21(6):884-891]
