牛磺酸对笼养蛋雏鸭生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫器官发育的影响

摘要

本试验旨在研究牛磺酸对笼养蛋雏鸭生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫器官发育的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选择健康1日龄金定蛋雏鸭240只,随机分为5个组(每个组6个重复,每个重复8只鸭),分别饲喂在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮基础上添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%牛磺酸的试验饲粮。试验期4周。结果表明:饲粮中添加0.10%的牛磺酸可显著提高蛋雏鸭的平均日增重(ADG),降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05)。同时,饲粮中添加0.10%的牛磺酸还可显著提高肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及法氏囊和脾脏指数(P<0.05),并显著降低肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),但对血清中SOD、GSH-Px活性,T-AOC以及胸腺指数无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加0.10%的牛磺酸可显著改善笼养蛋雏鸭的生长性能,提高机体的抗氧化功能,促进免疫器官的发育。

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of taurine on growth performance, antioxidant function and immune organ development of caged egg-type ducklings. Using a single factor completely randomized design, a total of 240 one-day-old Jinding egg-type ducklings were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group, and each replicate contained 8 ducks. All the egg-type ducklings were fed corn-soybean meal basal diets supplemented with 0, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20% taurine, respectively. The experimental period lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed as follows: supplementation of 0.10% taurine significantly improved average daily gain(ADG), and reduced the ratio of feed to gain (F/G) of egg-type ducklings (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total anti-oxidation capability (T-AOC) were increased, while malondialdehyde (MDA) content was decreased significantly in liver (P<0.05). The bursa of Fabricius index and spleen index were elevated significantly (P<0.05). The activities of SOD and GSH-Px, T-AOC in serum, and the thymus index were not significantly affected by supplementation of 0.10% taurine (P>0.05). In conclusion, supplementation with 0.10% taurine in diets can improve the growth performance, antioxidant function and the development of immune organs of caged egg-type ducklings.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(5):807 -812]
