为考察具有与猪母乳风味相同的乳味香味剂对断奶仔猪采食量和采食行为的影响，本研究采用自由选择法试验，让断奶仔猪自由选择对照饲粮和试验饲粮。对照饲粮为基础饲粮，试验饲粮在对照饲粮基础上添加400 mg/kg猪乳香味剂，选择4头35日龄断奶的仔猪饲养于同一圈，分别在4个料盆中放置基础饲粮和试验饲粮，每天调整料盆位置，结算饲料消耗。试验期为4 d，采用96 h全程监控摄像记录仔猪的采食行为，计算采食次数、采食时间，并记录每天对照饲粮、试验饲粮的消耗量。结果显示，添加猪乳香味剂具有显著提高仔猪采食次数、采食时间和采食速度的作用，断奶仔猪平均每天的采食次数、采食时间和采食速度分别较对照组提高195%（P<0.01）、96%（P<0.05）、95%（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，平均每天每次采食量和平均每天每次采食时间略有降低（P＞0.05）；与对照饲粮相比，仔猪对试验饲粮的平均日采食量提高181%（P＞0.05）。由此可知，添加猪乳香味剂可提高断奶仔猪采食量，采食量的提高与采食次数、采食时间和采食速度的提高有关。
Four weaner piglets were used in a 4-day experiment to investigate the effects of dietary milk flavor on feeding behavior and feed consumption of weaner piglets by free-choice method. The four pigs were fed in the same pen with four feeders, two feeders for test diet with flavor at 400 mg/kg while two feeders for control diet with no flavor. Each day the places of the feeders were exchanged. Each piglet was considered as a replicate. Feed intake was recorded each day and feeding behavior was recorded for 96 h continuously by monitoring camera. Results showed that sow milk flavor significantly increased the average daily intake frequency by 195% (P<0.01）, intake time by 9.6% （P<0.05） and average feed intake per second by 9.5% （P<0.05）, respectively, compared with the control diet. The feed intake and intake time per visit were lower than those of the control group(P＞0.05). Compared with the control diet, the average daily feed intake of the test diet was increased by 181%(P＞0.05). The results indicate that the sow milk flavor could increase feed intake by increasing the average daily intake frequency, intake time and intake speed.［Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23（5）：848 -853］
