摘要

基因敲除动物模型揭示脂肪组织分泌的瘦素(leptin)在调控骨骼代谢方面发挥着重要作用,进一步研究发现,leptin对骨骼代谢的中枢调节主要通过下丘脑的腹内侧核区域影响成骨细胞的增殖和破骨细胞的分化来完成。本文主要就leptin调控骨吸收和骨形成的相关信号转导途径做一综述,为增进人类骨骼健康提供参考。

Abstract

Gene knockout animal model revealed that leptin derived from adipose tissue played an important role in the regulation of skeletal metabolism. Further researches found that the central regulation of leptin on skeletal metabolism depended on hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus to regulate the proliferation of osteoblast and differentiation of osteoclast. In this paper, related signal transduction pathways of bone absorption and bone formation regulated by leptin are reviewed.
