本研究旨在确定三疣梭子蟹各生长阶段的消化酶活性变化规律和配合饲料对消化酶活性的影响。以全程分别投喂配合饲料和鲜杂饲料的稚蟹、幼蟹、交配期蟹、育肥育膏期成蟹的4个生长阶段梭子蟹为研究对象,比较分析肝胰腺和胃组织中酶活性变化。结果表明:1)同一生长阶段,配合饲料组幼蟹的肝胰腺类胰蛋白酶活性要显著低于鲜杂饲料组(P<0.05),而幼蟹的肝胰腺纤维酶和胃组织中胃蛋白酶及成蟹的胃组织中胃蛋白酶活性则显著高于鲜杂饲料组(P<0.05);2)在整个生长阶段,三疣梭子蟹肝胰腺类胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性较强且各阶段量值变化较大,纤维素酶、脂肪酶活性相对较弱但各阶段量值基本一致或略有增长;3)在投喂配合饲料条件下,除稚蟹的肝胰腺淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性以及幼蟹的肝胰腺类胰蛋白酶活性外,其余各阶段各消化酶活性均比投喂鲜杂饲料组高。由结果可知:1)三疣梭子蟹生长各阶段对蛋白质、淀粉消化能力强些但有所变化,而对纤维素、脂肪消化能力相对弱些但比较稳定;2)稚蟹至幼蟹的养成期对蛋白质的消化能力最强,此期饲料蛋白质水平要高些,幼蟹至交配期蟹的养成期可适当降低些,而育肥育膏期饲料蛋白质和脂肪含量要适当提高;3)投喂配合饲料能刺激消化酶分泌,促进食性转化,证明梭子蟹消化酶对饲料转化的适应性较强。
The objective of this study was conducted to determine the activities of digestive enzyme and their effects by compound feed during different growth stages of Portunus trituberculatus. Four stages crabs (larva crab, juvenscence crab, mating season crab and adult crab) were sampled from 2 ponds which fed with compound feed and crude feed, respectively, and the change of digestive enzyme activities in hepatopancreas and pepsin enzyme activities in stomach were compared. The results showed as follows: 1) in the same growth stage, the activities of tryptase in hepatopancreas of juvenscence crab in compound feed group were significantly lower than those in crude feed group (P<0.05), and the activities of cellulase in hepatopancreas and pepsin in stomach tissue of juvenscence crab and the activities of pepsin in stomach tissue of adult crab in compound feed group were significantly higher than those in crude feed group (P<0.05); 2) during growth stage, the activities of tryptase, pepsin and amylase in hepatopancreas were higher but had a large change, and the activities of cellulase and lipase in hepatopancreas were relatively lower which had few differences or even had little increase; 3) on the condition of compound feed, except the activities of amylase and cellulose in hepatopancreas of larva crab and the activities of tryptase in juvenscence crab, the activities of all enzymes during all growth stages were relatively higher than those in the crude feed group. In conclusion: 1) the digestive abilities on protein and starch were higher than those on cellulose and fat, however, the digestive activities on cellulose and fat were more stable than those on protein and starch; 2) the digestive ability on protein was the highest in juvenility stage of larva crab to juvenscence crab and the higher level protein in feed was needed. The protein level of feed could be relatively low in juvenility stage of juvenscence crab for mating season crab. In the finishing stage, protein and fat content of feed needed to be increased appropriately; 3) compound feed could stimulate the secretion of digestive enzymes to promote the feed transformation, which also proved the adaptability of digestive enzymes of Portunus phenomenon was very obvious.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(2):492-497]
