Abstract

This paper reviewed and discussed five aspects of methionine hydroxy analogue, i.e. hydrolysis of dimmers and trimers of MHA, absorption and metabolism of DLM and MHA, Cys∶Met in diet and statistical analysis and proposed some suggestions for future research.
