The requirements of essential amino acids for Guanzhong dairy goat kids at the age of 1~30 days were studied to provide the basal parameters for the establishment and improvement of the feeding standard of Guanzhong dairy goat kids. Thirty-two Guanzhong dairy goat kids (half male and half female) at 1 day old were selected and each was a replicate. These kids were fed pre-designed scheme of milk+supplemetation. The requirements of amino acids were analyzed by factorial method. By statistical analysis, regression equations were established between the requirement of 10 kinds of essential amino acids,metabolic weight, and average daily gain. According to these equations, the amino acids requirements were estimated and a recommendation was proposed under different body weight （4, 6 and 8 kg） and different daily gain （0, 100, 150 and 200 g/d） for Guanzhong dairy goat kids at the age of 1~30 d.［Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010，22（3）:775-780］
