Appropriate Addition of Combining Cellulase in Diets for Growing Pigs of Different Breeds

Abstract:This test was used an in vitro digestion test to screen the optimal combination of three kinds of cellulase, and aimed to study the appropriate addition of combining cellulase in diets for growing pigs of different breeds. The test used acid detergent fiber (ADF) as an evaluation index and prepared 3.8% ADF and 5.8% ADF of dietary fiber with sweet potato vine. Five Yantai Black growing pigs and five Duroc×Luyan White hybrid pigs with an average body weight of (25±1) kg were used, and were installed T fistulas in the terminal ileum. A 5 × 5 Latin square design was used in digestibility test, and the adding levels of combining cellulase were 0 (control group), 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20%, respectively. The results showed as follows: the combining cellulase in the diets with 5.8% ADF significantly promoted nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance in growing pigs of different breeds (P<0.05), but no significant difference was found in the diets with 3.8% ADF (P>0.05). Under the condition of the diets with 5.8% ADF and with the same addition of combining cellulose, for the essential amino acid, including Met, Val and Phe, the ileal apparent digestibility of Yantai Black pigs was significantly higher than that of Duroc×Luyan White hybrid pigs (P<0.01); for the non-essential amino acids, the ileal apparent digestibility of Ser and Gly was not significant (P>0.05), and that of the other amino acids was significant difference (P<0.01). The appropriate addition of combining cellulase in diets with 5.8% ADF was 0.10% for Yantai Black growing pigs and 0.15% for Duroc×Luyan White hybrid pigs.

① 在5.8% ADF水平饲粮中,试验所选的纤维素组合酶对烟台黑猪和杜×鲁烟白杂交猪养分消化率和氮平衡有促进作用,而在3.8% ADF水平饲粮中效果不显著;相同的饲粮条件下,烟台黑猪对饲粮养分消化率和氮平衡促进作用效果优于杜×鲁烟白杂交猪。
② 在5.8% ADF水平饲粮中,试验所选的纤维素组合酶对促进猪的氨基酸回肠表观消化率效果显著,在3.8% ADF水平饲粮中效果不显著。
③ 在5.8% ADF水平饲粮中,烟台黑猪纤维素组合酶的适宜添加量为0.10%,杜×鲁烟白杂交猪为0.15%。
