摘要 棕榈仁粕(PKM)是棕榈仁果榨油后的副产品,主要产于东南亚地区,以马来西亚和印度尼西亚生产量最大。PKM由于价格优势大、霉菌毒素风险小、质量相对稳定,近年来我国大量进口作为豆粕替代原料,已被广泛应用于家禽饲粮。本文综述了PKM的化学成分、代谢能值、氨基酸消化率以及家禽生产应用等方面内容。

Abstract: Palm kernel meal (PKM), a by-product of palm oil industry, is mainly produced in Southeast Asia, with the largest production in Malaysia and Indonesia. Due to the low price, low risk of mycotoxins and the stable quality, PKM is large imported in recent years. As a substitute for soybean meal, PKM has been widely used in poultry feed. This article reviews the chemical composition of PKM, metabolisable energy value, amino acid digestibility and the application of poultry production.
