饲粮中非纤维性碳水化合物/中性洗涤纤维对绒山羊羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探究舍饲条件下饲喂不同非纤维性碳水化合物(NFC)/中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的全粗料饲粮与全混合日粮对阿尔巴斯白绒山羊羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将40只4月龄断奶羯羔分为对照组(CG组)和试验组(EG组),每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。CG组饲喂全粗料饲粮,育肥前期、中期与后期的NFC/NDF分别为0.13、0.12和0.12,EG组饲喂精粗比为50:50的全混合日粮,NFC/NDF分别为0.78、0.77和0.77。试验结束时,分别从CG组和EG组中选择8只羔羊进行屠宰。预试期14 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1)与CG组相比,EG组羔羊的终末体重、总增重显著增加(P<0.05),干物质采食量趋于显著地下降(P>0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与CG组相比,EG组羔羊的胴体重、屠宰率、眼肌面积、GR值均显著增加(P<0.05);心脏、肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、头、毛皮、血的重量显著增加(P<0.05)。3)EG组羔羊皱胃重量占复胃总重比例显著低于CG组(P<0.05),瘤胃重量、皱胃重量分别占宰前活重比例显著低于CG组(P<0.05)。EG组羔羊的大肠重量占宰前活重比例与小肠重量均显著低于CG组(P<0.05)。结果提示,与饲喂NFC/NDF为0.77~0.78的全混合日粮相比,饲喂NFC/NDF为0.12~0.13的全粗料饲粮降低了阿尔巴斯白绒山羊羔羊的生长性能、屠宰性能和内脏器官的发育速度,但增加了胃肠道重占体重的比例。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets with different ratios of non-fibrous carbohydrate (NFC) to neutral detergent fiber (NDF) (NFC/NDF) on growth performance, slaughter performance and organ indexes of Albas white kid goats under a stall-feeding condition. This experiment adopted a single-factor randomized block design. Forty weaning Albas kid goats at 4 months of age were randomly divided into control group (CG) and experimental group (EG) with 4 replicates in each group and 5 goats per replicate. The goats of CG group were fed mixed roughage diets, and the NFC/NDF were 0.13, 0.12 and 0.12 in early, medium and late fattening period, respectively; the goats of EG group fed the total-mixed ration (C:F=50:50), and the NFC/NDF were 0.78, 0.77 and 0.77, respectively. At the end of the fattening, 8 goats were selected from CG group and EG group, and then were slaughtered. The preliminary trial period was 14 d, and the formal trial period was 90 d. The results showed as follows:1) compared with CG group, the final weight and total weight gain of goats in EG group were significantly increased (P<0.05), and dry matter intake (DMI) tended to decrease (P>0.05), the feed to gain ratio was decreased significantly (P<0.05). 2) Compared with CG group, the carcass weight, dressing percentage, eye muscle area, GR value of goats in EG group were significantly increased (P<0.05); the weight of heart, liver, lung, kidney, the head, fur and skin and blood of goats in EG group were significantly increased (P<0.05). 3) The proportion of abomasum weight to the total weight of complex stomach of goats in EG group was significantly lower than that of the goats in CG group (P<0.05); the weight proportion of the rumen and abomasum to live weight of goats in EG group was significantly lower than those in the CG group (P<0.05). The proportion of the large intestine weight to live weight before slaughter and the small intestine weight of goats in EG group were significantly lower than those in CG group (P<0.05). The results suggest that, compared with the total-mixed ration group (NFC/NDF=0.77 to 0.78), feeding the mixed roughage diet (NFC/NDF=0.12 to 0.13) can decrease the growth performance, slaughter performance, and the development speed of internal organs of Albas white cashmere goats, while increase the proportion of gastrointestinal tract to live weight.
