白藜芦醇对松浦镜鲤生长性能、肠道消化酶活性、肝脏抗氧化指标和血清生化指标的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究白藜芦醇对松浦镜鲤生长性能、肠道消化酶活性、肝脏抗氧化指标和血清生化指标的影响。选取初始体重为(3.00±0.15)g的松浦镜鲤720尾,随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾。各组饲料中分别添加0(对照)、80、160、240、320和400 mg/kg的白藜芦醇,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)饲料添加不同水平的白藜芦醇对松浦镜鲤的增重率、肥满度和肝体指数无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲料添加160、240和320 mg/kg白藜芦醇组饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),饲料添加240和320 mg/kg白藜芦醇组脏体指数显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲料添加160 mg/kg白藜芦醇组中肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲料添加160 mg/kg白藜芦醇组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),饲料添加160和240 mg/kg白藜芦醇组肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),饲料添加80和160 mg/kg白藜芦醇组肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲料添加160和240 mg/kg白藜芦醇组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著升高(P<0.05),饲料添加80、160和320 mg/kg白藜芦醇组血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。饲料添加不同水平的白藜芦醇对血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加白藜芦醇能有效提高松浦镜鲤幼鱼的消化酶活性和抗氧化能力,白黎芦醇的适宜添加水平为160 mg/kg。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of resveratrol on growth performance, intestinal digestive enzyme activities, liver antioxidant indices and serum biochemical indices of Songpu mirror carp. A total of 720 juvenile Songpu mirror carp with initial weight of (3.00±0.15) g were randomly allocated into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. The diets of each group were supplemented with 0, 80, 160, 240, 320 and 400 mg/kg resveratrol, respectively. The experiment lasted for 56 days. The results showed as follows:1) dietary different resveratrol supplemental levels had no significant effects on weight gain rate, condition factor and hepatosomatic index of Songpu mirror carp (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the feed conversion ratio of diets supplemented with 160, 240 and 320 mg/kg resveratrol groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the viscerasomatic index of diets supplemented with 240 and 320 mg/kg resveratrol groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the activities of amylase, lipase and protease in midgut of diets supplemented with 160 mg/kg resveratrol group were significantly increased (P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, the liver superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of diets supplemented with 160 mg/kg resveratrol group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the liver malondialdehyde (MDA) content of diets supplemented with 160 and 240 mg/kg resveratrol groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the liver catalase (CAT) activity of diets supplemented with 80 and 160 mg/kg resveratrol groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). 4) Compared with the control group, the serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity of diets supplemented with 160 and 240 mg/kg resveratrol groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the serum acidic phosphatase (ACP) activity of diets supplemented with 80, 160 and 320 mg/kg resveratrol groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). Dietary different resveratrol supplemental levels had no significant effects on the activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum (P>0.05). In conclusion, the addition of resveratrol in diets can effective improve the digestive enzyme activities and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Songpu mirror carp, and the appropriate supplemental level of resveratrol is 160 mg/kg.
