Application of Fermented Soybean Meal in Diets of Weaning Piglets

摘要

早期断奶仔猪的消化酶系统尚未发育完全,对于植物蛋白质的消化能力弱,且对抗营养因子较敏感,普通豆粕难以适应断奶仔猪饲养需要,而发酵豆粕作为一种新型的蛋白质饲料原料,基本不含有抗营养因子,却富含多种小肽和益生素,因此近年来发酵豆粕被应用到仔猪的生产中,且收到较好的效果。本文就发酵豆粕的营养特性、在断奶仔猪生产中的应用效果及影响其在仔猪生产中应用效果的因素作一综述。

Abstract

As a new type of protein ingredient, fermented soybean meal almost doesn’t contain any anti-nutritional factors and is rich in various kinds of small peptides and probiotics. Early-weaning piglets have not fully developed digestive enzyme systems, which lead to their weak digestion ability for vegetable protein and sensitive to anti-nutritional factors. So, regular soybean meal products are difficult to meet needs of weaning piglets. Fermented soybean meal has been applied in diets of weaning piglets in recent years and achieves good effects. In this paper, nutrition characteristics of fermented soybean meal and its’ application effects in diets of weaning piglets, as well as the factors influencing on its’ application effects were summarized.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(6):919 -923]
