维生素A对意大利蜜蜂群势、封盖子量及抗氧化性的影响

摘要

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加维生素A对意大利蜜蜂群势、封盖子量和幼虫虫体抗氧化性的影响。试验选用本地意大利蜜蜂10群,随机分为2组(对照组和试验组),每组设5个重复。对照组蜜蜂饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加7 500 IU/kg维生素A的饲粮。结果表明,试验组蜜蜂取食量、封盖子量、成年工蜂蜂体粗蛋白质含量、幼虫虫体总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),幼虫虫体丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而蜂群群势、幼虫虫体蛋白质含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在基础饲粮中添加维生素A能够提高蜂群的封盖子量和幼虫虫体的抗氧化性。蜜蜂幼虫虫体抗氧化酶活性等可作为测定指标应用于蜜蜂营养需要的研究中。

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of vitamin A on bee population, sealed brood quantity and larva antioxidant of Apis mellifera ligustica. Ten cages of honey bees obtained from a local apiary were used in the study. Honey bees were randomly allocated to 2 groups (control group and experimental group) with 5 replicates each. Bees in the control group were fed the basal diet, and those in the experimental group were fed the diet supplemented with 7 500 IU/kg vitamin A in the basal diet. The results showed as follows: the feed intake, sealed brood quantity, crude protein and T-SOD activities of larva in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The content of MDA of larva in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences among the bee population, protein content and T-SOD activities of larva (P>0.05). Vitamin A supplemented in diet can improve the sealed brood quantity and antioxidant of honeybee larva. The index, such as antioxidant, can be applied in the study of honeybee nutritional requirements.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(6):971 -975]
