沟垄压扁晾晒对苜蓿水分散失和品质的影响

摘要

本研究旨在观察沟垄压扁晾晒对苜蓿水分散失及青干草粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和粗纤维(CF)含量的影响。以游客紫花苜蓿为材料,进行晾晒调制试验,设地表沟垄处理和刈割压扁处理2个因素,沟垄处理设平地晾晒和起垄晾晒2个水平,压扁处理设不压扁、间隔0、10、15和20 cm压扁5个水平,平地和不压扁为对照。结果表明,起垄压扁(RC0)处理水分散失速度最快(P>0.05),晾晒10 h后水分含量降为18.87%,比平地不压扁晾晒(FN)处理低19.82个百分点;RC0处理的苜蓿干草CP含量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),为20.52%,比对照高2.2个百分点;平地间隔15 cm压扁(FC15)处理的苜蓿干草EE含量最高(P>0.05),为2.92%,比对照高0.76个百分点。以CP含量为品质主要参考因子,则RC0处理在促进水分散失的同时能够调制获得具有较高品质的青干草,是较为理想的干燥方式。

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ridge and furrow drying on moisture loss and the contents of crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE) and crude fiber (CF) of alfalfa green hay. A two factors (ridging×crushed) interactive experimental design was used in this experiment. Two levels of ridge and furrow drying were flat and ridging, and five levels of crushed drying were no crushed and interval crushed (interval distance was 0, 10, 15 and 20 cm, respectively). The flat and no crushed (FN) drying treatment served as control. Results showed that the moisture loss speed of alfalfa in the ridging and crushed (RC0) treatment was the fastest among all treatments (P>0.05). After drying 10 h, moisture content in the RC0 treatment was 18.87%, and it was decreased by 19.82% compared with that in the control. CP content of alfalfa green hay in the RC0 treatment was 20.52%, which was the highest content among all treatments (P<0.05), and it was increased by 2.2% compared with that in the control. EE content of alfalfa green hay in the flat and crushed at a distance of 15 cm (FC15) treatment was 2.92%. It was the highest content among all treatments (P>0.05), and it was increased by 0.76% compared with that in the control. Using CP content served as a main quality reference factor, these results indicate that drying by RC0 can promote moisture loss and get high quality alfalfa green hay. Accordingly, ridging and crushed combination is an ideal way to drying. [Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(10):1826 -1832]
