应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系评定广西水牛常用粗饲料的营养价值

摘要

为深入地揭示水牛常用粗饲料的碳水化合物及蛋白质组分的特性,本试验采用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)对广西水牛4类20种常用粗饲料进行评定。测定粗饲料的常规营养成分,并应用CNCPS的公式计算出碳水化合物组分中糖类(CA)、淀粉和果胶(CB1)、可利用纤维(CB2)和不可利用纤维(CC)的含量以及蛋白质组分中快速降解真蛋白质(PB1)、中速降解真蛋白质(PB2)、慢速降解真蛋白质(PB3)、非蛋白氮(PA)和不可降解粗蛋白质(PC)的含量。结果表明,同类粗饲料的CNCPS碳水化合物、蛋白质组分的优劣不同。结果提示,应用CNCPS能够客观、全面地反映20种水牛常用粗饲料的营养特性,为粗饲料的科学利用及水牛饲粮优化提供数据基础。

Abstract

In order to reveal characteristics of carbohydrate and protein fractions in common roughages for water buffalo, twenty kinds of roughages in four types were studied by the Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS). Common nutritive values of the roughages were determined. The CNCPS carbohydrate fractionations, i.e. sugars (CA), starch, soluble fiber (CB1), available neutral detergent fiber (CB2), unavailable NDF (CC) and CNCPS protein fractionations, i.e. rapidly rumen degradable true protein (PB1), intermediately rumen degradable true protein (PB2), slowly rumen degradable true protein (PB3), undegradable crude protein (PC) and nonprotein nitrogen (PA) contents, were calculated using formulas in CNCPS. The results showed that characteristics of CNCPS carbohydrate fractions and CNCPS protein fractions of the same type of roughages were different. It can be fully and objectively reflected, that the nutritive characteristics of the twenty kinds of roughages, by CNCPS, and the results provide data basis for utilization of roughages and optimization of buffalo ration.
