本试验旨在探讨饲粮中不同水平浒苔对蛋鸡蛋黄品质、抗氧化能力和血清生化指标的影响。试验选取80只330日龄健康商品代海蓝褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每重复4只。4个组的饲粮中浒苔添加水平分别为0(对照组)、2.0%(Ⅰ组)、3.0%(Ⅱ组)、4.0%(Ⅲ组),试验期为49 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,Ⅲ组蛋黄色度(P<0.05)、磷脂(P<0.05)、粗蛋白质(P<0.05)、铁(P<0.01)、碘(P<0.01)含量显著提高;血清钾(P<0.01)、总蛋白(P<0.01)、白蛋白(P<0.01)含量显著提高,血清超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著提高(P<0.05);蛋黄中胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.01),血清胆固醇(P<0.05)、甘油三酯(P<0.05)含量和谷丙转氨酶的活性(P<0.01)显著降低。因此,浒苔可增强蛋鸡蛋黄品质和抗氧化能力,改善机体的脂质、矿物质代谢和蛋白质的合成。生产中适宜添加量建议为4%。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Enteromorpha prolifera on yolk quality, antioxidant ability and serum biochemical indices of laying hens. Eighty healthy 330-day-old laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups, and every group had 5 replicates with 4 layers each. Enteromorpha prolifera levels in the diets of four groups were 0 (control group), 2% (group Ⅰ), 3%(group Ⅱ), 4%(group Ⅲ), respectively. The experiment lasted for 49 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, 4% Enteromorpha prolifera could significantly increase the yolk color (P<0.05), phospholipids (P<0.05), crude protein (P<0.05), ferrum (P<0.01)and iodine (P<0.01) contents in yolk, and the contents of potassium (P<0.01), total protein (P<0.01) and albumin(P<0.01) in serum, enhance the superoxide dismutase activity in serum (P<0.05), decrease the content of cholesterol (P<0.01) in yolk, total cholesterol (P<0.05) and triglycercide (P<0.05) in serum, and the glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity (P<0.01) in serum. In conclusion, Enteromorpha prolifera can enhance the yolk quality and antioxidant ability, improve the minerals, lipid and protein metabolism of laying hens.
