饲粮ω-6/ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸比例对生长期扬州鹅外周血中白细胞亚群组成的影响

摘要

本试验旨在研究饲粮ω-6/ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比例对生长期扬州鹅外周血中白细胞亚群组成的影响。选择160只健康的21日龄扬州鹅,随机分成4组[每组4个重复,每个重复10只鹅(公母各占1/2)],分别饲喂ω-6/ω-3 PUFA比例为12︰1、9︰1、6︰1、3︰1的试验饲粮,饲养至42、56、70日龄时采血制作血涂片并进行白细胞分类计数。结果表明:与12︰1和9︰1组相比,在各检测日龄时,6︰1和3︰1组的淋巴细胞百分比极显著升高(P<0.01),而异嗜性粒细胞百分比和异嗜性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例则显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。42和70日龄时,3︰1组单核细胞百分比显著高于12︰1组(P<0.05)。此外,与12︰1和9︰1组相比,6︰1和3︰1组56和70日龄的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比以及各检测日龄的嗜碱性粒细胞百分比显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此得出,饲粮ω-6/ω-3 PUFA比例影响生长期扬州鹅外周血中白细胞亚群的组成,较低的ω-6/ω-3 PUFA比例(6︰1或3︰1)可降低外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比和异嗜性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例,提高单核细胞百分比。

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) ratios on leukocyte subset composition in peripheral blood of growing Yangzhou geese. A total of 160 21-day-old healthy Yangzhou geese were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 birds per replicate (5 male and 5 female). The geese in the 4 groups were fed experimental diets with different ω-6/ω-3 PUFA ratios, including 12︰1, 9︰1, 6︰1 and 3︰1, respectively. The blood sample was obtained to make blood smear slide, and differential leukocyte counts were carried out at the age of 42, 56, and 70 days, respectively. The results showed as follows: compared with the 12︰1 and 9︰1 groups, lymphocyte percentage in 6︰1 and 3︰1 groups was significantly increased (P<0.01), whereas heterophil percentage and heterophil/lymphocyte ratio were significantly decreased at all detected ages (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Monocyte percentage in 3︰1 group was significantly higher than that in 12︰1 group at the age of 42 and 70 days (P<0.05). Additionally, compared with 12︰1 and 9︰1 groups, eosinophil percentage at the age of 56 and 70 days and basophilic granulocyte percentage at all detected ages in 6︰1 and 3︰1 groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In conclusion, dietary ω-6/ω-3 PUFA ratios can affect the leukocyte subset composition in the peripheral blood of growing Yangzhou geese, and diet with low ω-6/ω-3 PUFA ratios (6︰1 or 3︰1) can decrease the percentage of eosinophil and basophilic granulocyte and heterophil/lymphocyte ratio, while increase the monocyte percentage.
