摘要

本文旨在研究持续高温对生长猪血清生化指标及肌肉营养物质含量的影响。选取遗传背景(长×大)相近、初始体重(30.00±1.16) kg杂交公猪9头,随机置于3个处理:高温试验组,33 ℃持续高温,自由采食;适温自由采食组,23 ℃适温,自由采食;适温限制饲喂组,23 ℃适温,限制采食量与高温试验组相同。试验持续21 d。结果表明,1)高温试验组生长猪血清总蛋白含量在试验第21天极显著低于适温自由采食组(P<0.01);高温试验组生长猪血清总蛋白(第2天)、球蛋白(第21天)、葡萄糖(第2天)、总胆固醇(第1、2、4天)及甘油三酯(第1天)含量均显著低于适温自由采食组(P<0.05)。2)与适温自由采食组相比,高温试验组生长猪背最长肌干物质、肌内脂肪含量较低,而粗蛋白质含量略高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,持续高温可使生长猪血清总蛋白、球蛋白及总胆固醇含量明显下降;持续高温能使生长猪背最长肌干物质和肌内脂肪含量有下降趋势,而粗蛋白质含量有升高趋势。

Abstract

Effects of constant high sustained temperature on serum biochemical parameters and muscle nutrient contents of growing pigs were investigated in this study. Nine healthy male pigs with similar genetic backgrounds (Large White×Landrace) and average initial body weight of (30.00±1.16) kg were divided into three treatments randomly: constant high sustained temperature at 33 ℃ with ad libitum feeding (group 33AL), constant optimal sustained temperature at 23 ℃ with ad libitum feeding (group 23AL), and constant optimal sustained temperature at 23 ℃ but with limited feeding with the amount equal to what was consumed by the group 33AL (group 23PF). The experimental period lasted for 21 days. The results showed that: 1) serum total protein (TP) content of group 33AL was significantly lower than that of group 23AL on the 21st day (P<0.01); some serum parameters of group 33AL were lower than those of group 23AL, and these parameters were TP content on the 1st day, globulin (GLB) content on the 2nd day, glucose (GLU) content on the 1st day, total cholesterin (TCHOL) content on 2nd and 4th day, triacyl glycerol (TG) content on the 1st day (P<0.05); 2) compared with group 23AL, dry matter (DM) and intramuscularly fat (IMF) contents in longissimus dorsi muscle of group 33AL were lower, while crude protein (CP) content was a little higher, although there were no differences (P>0.05). In conclusion, constant high sustained temperature resulted in a distinct decrease of serum TP content, and declines of DM and IMF contents while an increase of CP content in longissimus dorsi muscle of growing pigs.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(5):1207-1213]
