细菌蛋白多糖对大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要

本研究以SD(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠为动物模型,探讨Z0206细菌蛋白多糖对大鼠免疫功能的调节作用。将40只大鼠随机分为4组,其中对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的Z0206细菌蛋白多糖。结果显示:饲粮中添加0.4%、0.8%的Z0206细菌蛋白多糖可显著提高大鼠脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.01);0.4%添加组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组大鼠血清C3浓度和溶菌酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05);0.2%和0.4%添加组大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)浓度显著升高(P<0.01),而0.8%添加组大鼠上述血清细胞因子的浓度虽然也高于对照组(P>0.05),但相比于0.4%添加组有下降趋势(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,Z0206细菌蛋白多糖对SD大鼠有较好的免疫调节作用,其中,添加量为0.4%效果最好。

Abstract

The study was conducted to explore the effect of proteoglycan Z0206 on immunomodulation in rats. Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. Rats in control group were fed basal diet, and those in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% proteoglycan Z0206, respectively. The results showed that the spleen and thymus indices of rats in 0.4% and 0.8% groups were significantly increased (P<0.01). The concentrations of IgA, IgG and IgM in 0.4% group were significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). Serum C3 concentration and lysozyme activity in all experimental groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). Secretions of TNF-α, IL-2 and IL-6 in rat in 0.2% and 0.4% groups were significantly increased (P<0.01), and concentrations of the above mentioned cytokines in 0.8% group were higher than those in control group (P>0.05), but lower than those in 0.4% group (P>0.05). In conclusion, the proteoglycan Z0206 can enhance immune function of SD rats, and the best supplementation level is 0.4%.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(5):1350-1354]
