摘要

本试验探讨了饲粮中添加不同水平的维生素A(VA)对妊娠后期母羊血液指标和初生羔羊生长性能的影响。试验选用健康无病、妊娠后期(妊娠90 d至分娩)的济宁青山羊40只,采用单因子完全随机区组设计,分为4组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1 100、2 200和4 400 IU/kg的VA。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加1 100 IU/kg VA能够显著提高妊娠后期母羊血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05);添加2 200 IU/kg VA能够显著提高血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);添加1 100~2 200 IU/kg VA能显著提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。2)饲粮中添加1 100 IU/kg的VA能显著提高血液白细胞数(P<0.05);2 200 IU/kg的VA能够显著提高血液红细胞数和血红蛋白的含量(P<0.05);2 200~4 400 IU/kg的VA能够显著提高血液中红细胞压积(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中添加2 200~4 400 IU/kg的VA能显著提高羔羊的初生重(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加不同水平的VA能够增强妊娠后期母羊的免疫功能,提高羔羊的初生重,适宜添加水平为1 100~2 200 IU/kg。

Abstract

The trial was conducted to study the effects of different levels of vitamin A (VA) on blood indices of late gestating goats and on growth performance of the newborn lambs. Forty healthy Jining grey goats in late gestation (from 90 d of gestation to delivery) were allotted into 4 groups by a single-factor completely randomized block design, with ten heads in each group. The goats in control group were fed basal diet, while those in trial groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 1 100, 2 200 and 4 400 IU/kg VA, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1) for late gestating goats, supplementation of 1 100 IU/kg VA in diets increased the super oxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity in serum (P<0.05); supplementation of 2 200 IU/kg VA improved glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum (P<0.05), but decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content in serum (P<0.05); supplementation of 1 100 to 2 200 IU/kg VA improved total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in serum (P<0.05). 2) Supplementation of 1 100 IU/kg VA in diet increased the quantity of white blood cells (P<0.05); supplementation of 2 200 IU/kg VA improved the quantity of red blood cells (P<0.05) and the content of hemoglobin (P<0.05); supplementation of 2 200 to 4 400 IU/kg VA increased hematocrit (P<0.05). 3) Supplementation of 1 100 to 2 200 VA in diets increased the birth weight of lambs (P<0.05). In conclusion, the results indicate that supplementation of VA in diets can improve the immune function of late gestating goats and increase the birth weight of lambs. The proper adding levels are between 1 100 and 2 200 IU/kg.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2011,23(1):66-72]
