日粮纤维对仔猪生长性能和消化生理功能的影响

摘要

本文旨在研究日粮纤维对仔猪生长性能和消化生理功能的影响。选用体重相近(13.37±1.28) kg的“杜长嘉”三元杂交仔猪90头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。各试验组分别饲喂低(2.96%)、中(4.28%)、高(5.91%)3个粗纤维水平日粮。试验期为33 d。结果显示,3个粗纤维水平对仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05),中、高粗纤维水平有降低仔猪腹泻频率的趋势(P>0.05);日粮总能和粗蛋白质的消化率以高纤维水平组最低,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率以高纤维水平组最高,且与低纤维水平组差异极显著(P<0.01);高纤维水平组胰脏、胃和十二指肠指数、仔猪胰脏中胰糜蛋白酶以及十二指肠中淀粉酶和总蛋白酶的活性最高,且与低纤维水平组差异显著(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,仔猪饲喂高纤维水平日粮对仔猪生长没有影响,并可有效预防仔猪腹泻,促进仔猪的消化器官发育,提高消化酶活性。

Abstract

To investigate the effects of dietary fiber on growth performance and digestive physiology function in piglets. Ninety piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Jia) with an initial body weight of (13.37±1.28) kg were randomly allotted to 3 treatments with 3 replicates of 10 piglets. Pigs were fed with diets containing 2.91% (low fiber level group, LF), 4.28% (middle fiber level group, MF) and 5.91% (high fiber level group, HF) crude fiber, respectively. The experiment lasted for 33 days. The results indicated that ADG, ADFI and F/G had no significant difference among 3 groups (P>0.05), there was a tendency for reduced diarrhea frequency in the piglets in MF group and HF group. Digestibilities of gross energy and crude protein in the piglets in HP group were the lowest among 3 groups, and digestibilities of NDF and ADF were the highest, the difference was very significant compared with LF group (P<0.01); pancreas, stomach and duodenum index, the activities of chymotrypsin in the pancreas and amylase and proteolytic enzyme in the duodenum were the highest, the difference was significant compared with LF group (P<0.05). In conclusion, higher content of dietary fiber had no effect on growth performance in the piglets and could decrease diarrhea frequency; and development of the digestive tract as well as the activities of digestive enzymes was promoted.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2009,21(6):816-821]
