本试验旨在研究玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生长性能、消化器官和免疫器官发育的影响。试验采用单因子设计,选用250只1日龄肉仔鸡公雏,随机分成5组,每组5个重复,分别为基础饲粮组(对照组),基础饲粮中添加牛磺酸0.25、0.50、1.00和2.00 g/kg试验组,试验期为6周,测定肉仔鸡生长性能、胰腺消化酶活性、主要消化器官和免疫器官的相对重量。结果表明,添加不同水平牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05),但线性降低了1~7日龄肉仔鸡的料重比(P<0.05);线性降低了22日龄肉仔鸡胰脏的相对重量(P=0.05),44日龄肉仔鸡胰脏的相对重量也呈现先降低后升高的二次曲线关系(P<0.05),剂量效应拟合曲线显示,添加量为0.99 g/kg时,对44日龄肉仔鸡胰脏抑制效应最大;线性提高了22日龄肉仔鸡胰腺淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),有线性提高22日龄肉仔鸡胰腺蛋白酶活性的趋势(P<0.10);同时显著提高了7日龄和22日龄肉仔鸡的胸腺指数(P<0.05)。由此可知,肉仔鸡饲粮中添加牛磺酸除可以降低肉仔鸡早期(1~7日龄)料重比外,对肉仔鸡生长性能没有显著影响,但抑制胰腺发育,除对胸腺指数有提高外,对其他免疫器官指数没有显著影响。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary taurine on growth performance and development of digestive and immune organs of broilers. A single factor design was adopted, and 250 one-day-old male chicks were randomly allocated into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group. The birds were fed the diets supplemented with 0, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, and 2.00 g/kg taurine, respectively. Growth performance, the weight of major digestive organs and immune organs, and the activities of digestive enzymes in pancreas of broilers at the age of 7, 22 and 44 days were measured. The results showed that dietary taurine did not affect growth performance of broilers (P>0.05), except that the feed to gain ratio in the 1st week of the experiment was linearly reduced with the increasing of dietary taurine (P<0.05). However, the relative weight of pancreas of broilers at the age of 22 days was linearly reduced (P=0.05), whereas the activities of trypsin (P<0.10) and amylase (P<0.05) in the pancreas were significantly increased; it was clearly shown that the response to the increased dietary taurine levels was quadratic in the relative weight of pancreas of broilers at the age of 44 days, which was lowest with the addition of taurine calculated to 0.99 g/kg. Neither the bursa of Fabricius index nor spleen index was affected (P>0.05), but the thymus index of broilers at the age of 7 and 22 days was significantly increased (P<0.05). The results indicate that taurine supplementation has no remarkable effects on growth performance of broilers, while it linearly enhances feed conversion during early phase, and it increases thymus index with the development of the pancreas inhibited.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(5):854 -861]
