本试验旨在通过比较屠宰试验结合回归法和替代法,测定1~21日龄黄羽肉公鸡玉米、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、麦麸、米糠的净能(net energy, NE)值,并通过饲养试验验证所测得NE值及于叶娜提出的NE和真可消化赖氨酸(true digestible Lys, TDLys)需要量(NE 9.77 MJ/kg,TDLys 1.11%,绝干基础)的准确性。饲料NE值为维持净能(NEm)与沉积净能(NEp)之和,NEm测定采用回归法,NEp测定采用替代法。饲养试验选用1日龄平均体重为(38.8±2.3) g的黄羽肉公鸡360只,设玉米-豆粕组,麦麸组、米糠组、菜粕组、棉粕组和混合组,共6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期21 d。试验结束时计算平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比(F/G)和氮沉积量。结果表明:玉米、豆粕、麦麸、米糠、菜粕、棉粕的净能值分别为11.49、7.62、5.20、9.86、4.90、5.22 MJ/kg。饲养试验各组间F/G均无显著差异(P>0.05),ADG和ADFI除混合组外,其他各组与玉米-豆粕组相比也无显著差异(P>0.05);氮沉积量除棉粕组略高外(P<0.05),其他各组间也无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,用比较屠宰试验结合回归法和替代法测得的饲料NE值比较准确;按照于叶娜提出的NE和TDLys需要量配制饲粮,可以达到与其试验相同的生产水平。

This trial was conducted to assay the net energy (NE) of corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, wheat bran and rice bran for yellow-feather broilers aged from 1 to 21 days using the comparative slaughter method combined with regression and substitution methods, and to verify the accuracy of NE values and true digestible Lys (TDLys) requirements (NE 9.77 MJ/kg,TDLys 1.11%,absolute dry basis) which were suggested by YU with feeding experiment. NE values of feedsuffs were measured as the sum of NE for maintenance (NEm) and NE for deposition (NEp). NEm and NEp were determined by regression method and substitution method, respectively. In the feeding experiment, a total of 360 male broilers with an average weight of (38.8±2.3) g were randomly allocated to 6 groups (corn-soybean meal group, wheat bran group, rice bran group, rapeseed meal group, cottonseed meal group and mixture group ) with 6 replicates per group and 10 chicks per replicate, and the experiment lasted for 21 days. The average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), feed/gain ratio (F/G) and nitrogen deposition were calculated at the end of the trial. The results showed as follows: the NE values of corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, rice bran, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal were 11.49, 7.62, 5.20, 9.86, 4.90, 5.22 MJ/kg DM, respectively. In the feeding experiment, F/G had no significant difference in the 6 groups (P>0.05); the ADG and ADFI in each group had no significant difference with those in corn-soybean meal group (P>0.05), except for the mixture group; nitrogen deposition content in cottonseed meal group was higher than those in other groups (P<0.05), but there were no difference among the other groups (P>0.05). In conclusion, the NE values measured by comparative slaughter method combined with regression and substitution methods are exact values, and the formulated diet in which NE and TDLys requirements were suggested by YU can achieve the same performance.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2011, 23(7):1094 -1100]
