枯草芽孢杆菌-菊糖合生元对断奶仔猪生长性能及体液免疫功能的影响

摘要

为了研究枯草芽孢杆菌-菊糖合生元对断奶仔猪生长性能及体液免疫功能的影响,试验选用72头21日龄断奶的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪 ,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。各组试猪分别灌喂培养基(对照组)、培养基+3.5 mg/mL菊糖(菊糖组)、培养基+1.25×108 CFU/mL枯草芽孢杆菌(枯草芽孢杆菌组)、培养基+3.5 mg/mL菊糖+1.25×108 CFU/mL枯草芽孢杆菌(合生元组),各组灌喂量为16 mL/d。试验期为14 d。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌组和合生元组的平均日增重显著高于对照组和菊糖组(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著低于对照组和菊糖组(P<0.05);各处理血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),合生元组IgG含量显著高于菊糖组和枯草芽孢杆菌组(P<0.05),枯草芽孢杆菌组和合生元组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组和菊糖组(P<0.05),合生元组补体C3、C4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,枯草芽孢杆菌-菊糖合生元可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能与体液免疫功能。

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis-dahlin synbiotics on growth performance and humoral immunity in weaner piglets. Seventy-two 21-day-old weaner piglets (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) with an average body weight of (4.25±0.71) kg were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 6 piglets in each replicate. Piglets in the four groups were gavaged with the following solutions: nutrient medium (CG), nutrient medium+3.5 mg/mL dahlin (DG), nutrient medium+1.25×108 CFU/mL Bacillus subtilis (BG), nutrient medium+3.5 mg/mL dahlin+1.25×108 CFU/mL Bacillus subtilis (DBG), respectively. The gavage dose was 16 mL/d. The duration of the experiment was 14 d. The results showed as follows: 1) the average daily gain of BG and DBG was significantly higher than that of CG and DG (P<0.05). Simultaneously, the feed/gain and diarrhea rate of BG and DBG were significantly decreased compared with CG and DG (P<0.05). 2) The serum IgG content of DG, BG and DBG was significantly higher than that of CG (P<0.05), and compared with DG and BG, the serum IgG content of DBG was significantly increased (P<0.05). The serum IgA content of BG and DBG was significantly higher than that of CG and DG (P<0.05), meanwhile, the contents of C3 and C4 of DBG were significantly higher than those of CG (P<0.05). In conclusion, the Bacillus subtilis-dahlin synbiotics enhance the growth performance and humoral immune functions in weaner piglets.
