有机硒对猪生长性能影响的荟萃分析

摘要

本文旨在研究补充有机硒及无机硒对猪生长性能的影响。检索1980年1月至2010年12月期间发表的有机硒或无机硒对猪生长性能影响的随机对照研究,用荟萃分析(Meta分析)方法计算合并标准均数差(SMD)及95%可信区间(95%CI)。共有15篇研究纳入Meta分析,包括362个研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:料重比SMD为-0.96,95%CI为(-1.69, -0.23)(P<0.05);平均日采食量SMD为0.55,95%CI为(0.16, 0.93)(P<0.05);平均日增重SMD为0.39,95%CI为(0.09, 0.70)(P<0.05)。由此可见,补充有机硒比补充同等剂量的无机硒更能降低养殖猪的料重比,增大平均日采食量及平均日增重,从而提高养殖猪的生长性能。

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of organic selenium and inorganic selenium supplement on pig growth performance. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published from January 1988 to December 2010,which focused on the relationship between organic selenium or inorganic selenium, and pig growth performance, were selected and a meta-analysis was applied to estimate the combined standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI). A total of 15 RCTs with 362 subjects were included. Results of the meta-analysis showed that the combined SMD (95%CI) of feed∶gain, average daily feed intake and average daily gain was -0.96(95%CI: -1.69, -0.23)(P<0.05), 0.55(95%CI: 0.16, 0.93)(P<0.05) and 0.39(95%CI: 0.09, 0.70)(P<0.05), respectively. In conclusion, compared with inorganic selenium, organic selenium can better reduce feed∶gain, increase average daily feed intake as well as average daily gain, and consequentially improve pig growth performance.
