摘要

磷酸酪氨酸互作结构域1(phosphotyrosine interaction domain containing 1,PID1)基因是最近发现的与脂肪代谢相关的新基因。在不同动物的不同组织中均能检测到PID1基因的表达。PID1基因表达过量能促进前体脂肪细胞的增殖,影响肉质性状相关候选基因 的表达。因此,深入探讨PID1基因在畜禽肉品质上的调控作用及其影响机制,将为改善畜禽肉品质提供新的思路。本文概述了PID1基因的发现和表达规律、PID1蛋白的结构、PID1基因与肉质性状候选基因的关系及其在畜禽肉质调控中的可能作用。

Abstract

The phosphotyrosine interaction domain containing 1 (PID1) gene is a novel gene associated with fat metabolism regulation. PID1 gene expression can be detected in multiple tissues of different animals. Overexpression of PID1 gene dramatically stimulates preadipocytes proliferation, and affects mRNA expression levels of candidate genes for meat quality traits, such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α) and uncoupling protein (UCP). Study on effects of PID1 on meat quality of livestock and poultry and its mechanism can provide new methods for improving the meat quality. The paper reviews the discovery and expression profile of PID1 gene, the structure of PID1 protein, the relationship between PID1 and candidate genes for meat quality traits and its possible role in regulating meat quality of livestock and poultry.
