摘要

铁是所有动物的必需微量元素。本文综述了肉鸡铁的营养代谢,营养需要量的研究方法、研究现状、影响因素以及存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

Abstract

Iron is an essential trace element for all the animals. Advances in iron nutritional requirement researches for broilers were reviewed in this article, including iron metabolism, current research situation, influencing factors, exist problems and research direction in the future.
