摘要

本研究旨在研究不同形态玉米日粮对鹅肠道微生物区系的影响。选用7日龄扬州鹅192只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只,在日粮组成相同的情况下,分别饲喂粉状玉米日粮、粉状玉米-整粒玉米日粮、整粒玉米-粉状玉米日粮、整粒玉米日粮。84日龄时从肠道内容物中提取基因组总DNA,利用细菌通用引物对细菌16S rDNA的V3区进行PCR扩增,扩增产物经变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)后进行图谱分析。结果表明,整粒玉米日粮可以导致空肠细菌种类的下降和回肠细菌种类的增加,对十二指肠和盲肠微生物区系影响不明显。研究表明,玉米日粮形态能够影响鹅肠道菌群分布,其中,对空肠和回肠影响较大,对直肠的影响次之,对十二指肠和盲肠影响较小。

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different corn feed forms on intestinal microflora of geese. One hundred and ninety-two 7-day-old healthy Yangzhou geese were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 4 replicates and 12 geese in each replicate. In the case of the same composition of the diets, the groups were received mash corn diet, mash corn diet-whole corn diet, whole corn diet-mash corn diet, whole corn diet, respectively. The genomic DNA was extracted from the content of various intestinal segments at the age of 84 days. The V3 variable region of bacterial 16S rDNA was amplified with universal primer. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis profiles of the amplicons were analyzed. Results showed that whole corn diet decreased the bacterial species in jejunum but increased the microbial species in ileum. However, it had no significant effects on microflora in duodenum and cecum of geese. The results indicated that corn diet forms affected intestinal microflora of jejunum and ileum mostly, rectum followed and then duodenum and cecum of geese.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(1):169-175]
