本文旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和血液生化指标的影响。选用初始体重为(11.96±0.49)g的中华鳖稚鳖30只,随机分成5组,每组2个重复,每个重复3只,分别投喂在基础饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌0(对照组)、0.5(Ⅰ组)、1.0(Ⅱ组)、2.0(Ⅲ组)和5.0 g/kg(Ⅳ组)的试验日粮,投喂30 d,试验结束时测定其生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和血液生化指标。结果显示:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的增重率和特定生长率均极显著高于对照组、Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01),而饲料系数则极显著低于对照组、Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01);各试验组的肠道消化酶活性也均高于对照组,Ⅱ组蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性最高,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);各试验组的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和肌酸激酶活力以及肌酐含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),除Ⅲ组外,各试验组乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。除Ⅳ组的总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)外,各试验组蛋白质、葡萄糖和脂类含量与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此得出,饲料中适量添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以促进中华鳖稚鳖的生长,降低饲料系数,提高肠道淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性,对肝脏、心脏、肾脏和肌肉有保护作用,降低无氧代谢水平。在中华鳖稚鳖饲料中推荐添加范围为1.0~2.0 g/kg。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance, activities of intestinal digestive enzyme and blood biochemical indices of Pelodiscus sinensis. Thirty juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis with an average initial body weight of (11.96±0.49) g were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were fed diets containing 0 (control group), 0.5 (group Ⅰ), 1.0 (group Ⅱ), 2.0 (group Ⅲ) and 5.0 g/kg (group Ⅳ) Bacillus subtilis, respectively. There were 2 replicates per group and each replicate contained 3 animals. The feeding trial lasted for 30 days. Growth performance, activities of intestinal digestive enzyme and blood biochemical indices were determined at the end of the experiment. The results showed as follows: the weight gain rate and special gain rate in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in control group and groups Ⅰ, Ⅳ (P<0.01), and the feed conversion rate in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲwas significantly lower than that in control group and groups Ⅰ, Ⅳ (P<0.01). Activities of intestinal digestive enzyme in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Among them, group Ⅰ showed the highest activities of protease and amylase, and the activities of amylase in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in control group and group Ⅳ (P<0.05). Activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, creatine kinase and concentration of creatinine in experimental groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Activities of lactate dehydrogenase in the experimental groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), except group Ⅲ. Concentrations of protein, glucose and lipid were no significant differences among all groups (P>0.05), except the concentrations of total protein and globulin in group Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). These results indicated that proper level of Bacillus subtilis supplementation in the diet could increase growth performance and activities of intestinal protease and amylase, and decrease feed conversion rate. Furthermore, it could protect the liver, heart, kidney and muscle, and decrease the level of anaerobic metabolism. The recommended optimum levels of Bacillus subtilis was from 1.0 to 2.0 g/kg in the diet of juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(1):235-240]
