麻疯树是一种高产量的油料植物。目前，麻疯树饼粕蛋白质的研究已成为麻疯树研究领域的热点问题。麻疯树脱脂脱毒后的种仁粕蛋白质高达60%，是一种优质的植物蛋白质饲料，开发其资源对养殖业发展具有重大的意义。本文主要介绍麻疯树资源特点，营养价值及其对动物毒性和饲养试验的研究进展。

Jatropha curcas L. is a kind of high oil yield plant. At present, Jatropha curcas L. meal protein has become a hot issue in study of Jatropha curcas L.. The content of the seed meal protein after degreasing and detoxification can be up to 60%. As a kind of high-quality plant protein feed, exploitation of its resource is of great significance to the development of animal industry. This paper mainly reviewed the progress of characteristics of Jatropha curcas L. resource, nutritional value, toxicity and animal feeding trials.［Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010，22（2）:267-271］
