本研究目的在于评价用发酵蛋白饲料替代豆粕对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分消化率及肠道菌群的影响。试验选用6周龄AA肉仔鸡200只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组用发酵蛋白饲料分别替代基础日粮中90%、60%和30%的豆粕,试验期2周。结果表明:发酵蛋白饲料替代30%的豆粕未显著影响肉仔鸡的日增重和料重比(P>0.05),对其粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和总磷的消化率及肠道内乳酸杆菌的数量的影响也均不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉仔鸡的直肠大肠杆菌数量和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可知,用发酵蛋白饲料替代30%豆粕在降低饲料生产成本的基础上并未影响肉仔鸡的生长和消化吸收,但显著降低了肉仔鸡直肠内大肠杆菌数量和腹泻率。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of substitution of fermented protein feed for soybean meal on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and intestinal microflora of broiler chickens. Two hundred 6-week-old broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, and 5 replicates in each group with 10 broilers in each replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet, and group Ⅰ to group Ⅲ were fed the basal diet in which 90%, 60% and 30% soybean meal were replaced with fermented protein feed. The experiment lasted for 2 weeks. The results showed that fermented protein feed replacing 30% soybean meal in basal diet had no significant effects on average daily gain (ADG), ratio of feed to gain (F/G), the digestibilities of crude protein, crude fat, calcium and total phosphorus, and the number of intestinal Lactobacillus (P>0.05). But the diarrhea rate and the number of rectal E. coli in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, fermented protein feed replacing 30% soybean meal in basal diet had no significant effects on growth and nutrient digestibility of broiler chickens on the basis of decreasing feed cost, and decreased significantly the number of E. coli and diarrhea rate of broiler chickens.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(2):352-357
