鹅源草酸青霉产果胶酶对肉鸡消化生理影响的研究

摘要

本文旨在研究鹅源草酸青霉产果胶酶对肉鸡消化生理的影响。选用1日龄健康肉雏鸡240只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.249%果胶酶、0.168%纤维素酶和0.15%复合酶(果胶酶∶纤维素酶=1∶1)的试验日粮,并观测28日龄和49日龄肉鸡的肠道消化酶活性、49日龄肉鸡的肠道组织形态。结果表明,28日龄时,果胶酶组十二指肠、胰腺的淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性以及空肠的脂肪酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胃蛋白酶活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);49日龄时,果胶酶组胰腺的淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性,十二指肠的淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性,空肠的脂肪酶活性以及胃蛋白酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,果胶酶组空肠的绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),肠壁厚度显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,复合酶组的部分肠道消化酶活性和空肠的绒毛高度显著或极显著高于果胶酶组和纤维素酶组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可知:果胶酶可提高肉鸡肠道消化酶活性,改善空肠组织形态;与纤维素酶配合应用对肠道消化酶活性、空肠组织形态的影响更为显著。

Abstract

The aim of the study was to explore the effects of Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom producing pectinase on the digestive physiology of broilers. Two hundred and forty healthy 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group, and 15 broilers in each replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet and the 3 test groups were fed the experimental diets with 0.249% pectinase, 0.168% cellulose and 0.15% compound enzyme (pectinase∶cellulose=1∶1), respectively. Broilers’ intestinal digestive enzyme activity was measured on the 28 and 49 days and appearance of intestinal tract was observed on the 49 days. The results showed as follows: at the age of 28 days, the amylase, lipase, trypsin activities of duodenum and pancreas, lipase activity of jejunum in pectinase group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05) and the pepsin activity in pectinase group was extremely significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01); at the age of 49 days, amylase, lipase, trypsin activities of pancreas, amylase, trypsin activities of duodenum, lipase activity of jejunum and pepsin activity in pectinase group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, jejunum’s villus height in pectinase group was increased significantly (P<0.05) and the thickness of intestinal wall in pectinase group was decreased significantly (P<0.05). In addition, the broiler’s part intestinal digestive enzyme activities and jejunum’s villus height in compound enzyme group were significantly better than those in pectinase group and cellulose group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In conclusion, the Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom producing pectinase could increase the intestinal digestive enzyme activities and improve the tissue morphology of jejunum. The effects were more significant on intestinal digestive enzyme activities and tissue morphology of jejunum combined with cellulose.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(2):358-364]
