摘要

本试验旨在研究氨基酸螯合锌(Zn-AA)在奶山羊体内的消化吸收规律及其在饲粮中的适宜添加水平。试验选取2.5~3.0岁,体重40~45 kg的关中奶山羊母羊6只,安装永久性瘤胃、十二指肠及回肠瘘管,首先从瘤胃灌注40 mg/kg的Zn-AA溶液,分别在灌注后的24、48、72、96、120、144和168 h采集十二指肠食糜、回肠食糜、粪样和血样,测定样品中锌含量,计算锌在小肠和全肠道消化率,检测血清锌水平,确定最佳采样时间。在此基础上,分别灌注0、20、60、80、100和200 mg/kg的Zn-AA溶液,测定不同水平的Zn-AA在小肠和全肠道的消化率及血清锌水平。结果表明,Zn-AA全肠道消化率在48和96 h分别出现吸收高峰,120 h后Zn-AA在小肠、全肠道的消化率和血清锌水平基本平衡并保持稳定;不同时间和水平的Zn-AA在全肠道的消化率均高于小肠,小肠是Zn-AA吸收的主要部位,大肠对Zn-AA也有不同程度地吸收;60 mg/kg时Zn-AA在全肠道消化率和血清中水平均达到最大值。研究得出,成年奶山羊饲粮中Zn-AA的最适宜添加水平为60 mg/kg,小肠是Zn-AA消化的主要部位,大肠对Zn-AA也表现出较强的消化吸收能力。

Abstract

This trial was conducted to study the digestion and absorption of zinc amino acid chelate (Zn-AA) in intestinal tract of dairy goats and to determine the optimal supplemental level of Zn-AA in the diet. Six Guanzhong dairy goats aged 2.5 to 3.0 years old with the body weight of 40 to 45 kg were selected and fixed with permanent fistulas in rumen, duodenum and ileum. At the beginning of the trial, 40 mg/kg Zn-AA solution was infused into the rumen, and samples were collected at 24, 48, 96, 120, 144 and 168 h after infusion. Digesta samples from the duodenum and ileum, and feces samples were collected to detect the zinc levels and calculate the digestibility in the small intestine, entire intestine and large intestine. At the same time, blood samples were collected from the jugular to detect the zinc levels. Once the proper sampling time were determined, a series of 0, 20, 60, 80, 100 and 200 mg/kg Zn-AA solution were infused into 6 diary goats to detect the zinc levels in the intestinal tract and serum. The results showed that the entire intestine digestibility of Zn-AA reached an absorption peak at 48 and 96 h, respectively, and the small intestine digestibility and the entire intestine digestibility of Zn-AA reached a steady state after 120 h. The small intestine digestibility of Zn-AA was higher than that of the entire intestine at different times and levels. The small intestine presented a strong absorption of Zn-AA with different perfusion time and levels, and the large intestine also had varying degrees of absorption. The optimal absorption in the entire intestine and the maximal serum zinc level were detected when the Zn-AA level was 60 mg/kg. The study indicates that the optimal supplemental level of Zn-AA for adult dairy goats is 60 mg/kg. The main digestion and absorption location is the small intestine, and the large intestine also shows a considerable absorption capacity of Zn-AA.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2011,23(2):322-329]
