摘要

钙调磷酸酶-活化T细胞核因子(nuclear factor of activated T cells, NFAT)信号途径作为肌肉细胞内重要的生物信号转导途径,在肌肉细胞中起到调节枢纽的作用,与肌肉生长及肌纤维的类型有密切关系。而肌肉组织降解在动物肌肉嫩化过程中具有重要的意义。因此,钙调磷酸酶-NFAT信号途径可能与肌肉嫩化有密切关系,深入研究其调控肌肉组织降解的分子机制将有助于揭示肌肉嫩化的深刻机理。

Abstract

As an important biological signal transduction pathway in muscle cell, calcineurin/NFAT pathway plays a key role as a core process. It has a close relationship with muscle growth and muscle fiber types. The degradation of muscle tissue contributes to the muscle tenderness. Therefore, calcineurin/NFAT signal pathway may have a close relationship with muscle tenderness. Depth study of the regulation mechanism of the degradation of muscle tissue will help to reveal the mechanism of muscle tenderness.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2011,23(4):536 -541]
