为了探索鹅对葡萄籽粕利用的可行性与效果,首先测定葡萄籽粕常规营养成分的含量,然后选取150日龄健康肉鹅30只,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只。各试验组日粮添加的葡萄籽粕比例分别为0、3.00%、6.00%、9.00%、12.00%和15.00%。预试期4 d,禁食1 d,正试期3 d。结果表明:葡萄籽粕的粗纤维含量为48.26%,是一种高纤维饲料。在常规营养成分摄入量基本一致的条件下,葡萄籽粕添加量为9.00%时,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和粗纤维的消化率较高;添加量超过9.00%时,其消化率呈下降趋势。氮沉积量、净蛋白利用率和氨态氮浓度呈先上升后下降趋势,且各组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。除谷氨酸和天冬氨酸外,其余氨基酸和总氨基酸表观消化率且均以添加量为9.00%时最高,显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于其余添加量。钙和磷的消化率呈先升高后下降的趋势,葡萄籽粕添加量为9.00%时,钙和磷的消化率最高。碱性磷酸酶活性与粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与钙和磷的消化率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);谷丙转氨酶活性与粗纤维消化率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与钙和磷的消化率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);淀粉酶活性与粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与中性洗涤纤维的消化率呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与钙的消化率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。由此可知,葡萄籽粕是一种较为理想的高纤维饲料,在鹅日粮中采用9.00%的添加比例时,营养物质的消化率较高。
To explore the feasibility and effect of grape seed meal (GSM) as goose feed ingredient, the general nutrients of GSM were determined firstly, and then thirty 150-day-old geese were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates of 1 goose in each replicate. The geese in 6 groups were fed diets with 0, 3.00%, 6.00%, 9.00%, 12.00% and 15.00% of GSM, respectively. The experimental period included 4 days of preliminary trial, 1 day of fasting and 3 days of test trial. The results showed that, the crude fiber (CF) content of GSM was 48.26%, indicating that it was a high-fiber feed. Based on the same level of general nutrients intake, the digestibilities of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and CF were higher in diet with 9.00% of GSM, but it showed a trend of decrease in diets with GSM from 9.00% to 15.00%. The nitrogen (N) deposition, net protein utilization and ammonia nitrogen content of diets showed a trend of increase and then decrease, and the differences were significant or extremely significant among all groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The highest apparent digestibilities of amino acids (except glutamic acid and aspartic acid) and total amino acid were found in diet with 9.00% of GSM, and they were significantly higher than others (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The apparent digestibilities of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) showed a trend of increase and then decrease, and the highest were found in diet with 9.00% of GSM. The activity of alkaline phosphatase showed a significantly negative correlation with the digestibilities of CF and ADF (P<0.05), but an extremely significant negative correlation with the apparent digestibilities of Ca and P. The activity of glutamic pyruvic transaminase was significantly negatively related to CF (P<0.05) and was extremely significantly negatively related to the apparent digestibilities of Ca and P (P<0.01). The activity of amylase showed an extremely significant correlation with the apparent digestibilities of CF and ADF (P<0.01), a significant correlation with the apparent digestibility of NDF (P<0.05), and a significantly negative correlation with the apparent digestibility of Ca (P<0.05). It was concluded that GSM could be used as a high-fiber feed for geese and the supplementation of 9.00% GSM in diet resulted in the highest digestibilities of nutrients.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(2):466-473]
