摘要

本试验旨在研究苜蓿多糖(water soluble alfalfa polysaccharide, WSAP)和黄芪多糖(astragalus polysaccharide, APS)2种不同植物来源的多糖对肉仔鸡外周血液和脾脏中淋巴细胞增殖的影响。将4种不同浓度的WSAP和APS分别加入到鸡血液淋巴细胞和脾脏淋巴细胞中,培养48 h后用MTT法测定T、B淋巴细胞增殖的变化。结果表明:WSAP、APS在一定浓度下能显著促进肉仔鸡血液和脾脏中淋巴细胞的增殖,其中WSAP以20 μg/mL,APS以100 μg/mL效果最好。此外,APS对肉仔鸡淋巴细胞增殖的效果要好于WSAP,但APS的有效添加量比WSAP多。由此表明WSAP、APS促进淋巴细胞增殖可能是其发挥免疫作用的机制之一,且不同植物来源的多糖免疫效果不同。

Abstract

In order to study the effects of water soluble alfalfa polysaccharide (WSAP) and astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on proliferation of peripheral blood and splenic lymphocyte in broilers, the proliferation was observed in peripheral blood and splenic lymphocyte treated with two polysaccharides at four concentrations respectively. The T and B lymphocytes proliferation were determined by MTT assay after culture for 48 h. The results showed that WSAP and APS at suitable dosages could significantly stimulate proliferation in peripheral blood and splenic lymphocyte, and WSAP at 20 μg/mL, APS at 100 μg/mL showed to the best advantage. In addition, the effects of APS on proliferation of peripheral blood and splenic lymphocyte in broilers were better than that of WSAP, but the effective additive amount of APS was more than that of WSAP. The proliferation of lymphocyte was likely to be one of mechanisms of WSAP and APS to enhance immunity, and the immunization of different plant polysaccharides was different.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(3):670-674]
