为探讨肉鸡日粮中浒苔添加水平对肉鸡免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响,选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡240只,按单因素随机试验设计分为4组(每组6个重复,每重复10只鸡),分别饲喂浒苔添加量为0(对照组)、2%、3%和4%的日粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照相比,3%的添加量可显著(P<0.05)提高肉鸡二免后新城疫抗体效价水平、血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量;4%的添加量可显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)提高肉鸡后期的外周血T淋巴细胞转化率、免疫器官指数以及血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和白蛋白含量,降低血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和丙二醛含量,增强血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性;各添加水平对肉鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素氮和球蛋白含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,浒苔是优良的海藻饲料资源,无毒无害,可以增强机体的免疫和抗氧化功能,改善机体的脂质代谢和蛋白质合成,生产中的建议添加量为3%~4%。
In order to study the effects of adding levels of Enteromorpha prolifera into a diet on immunity and serum biochemical indices of broiler chickens, two hundred and forty healthy one-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and ten chickens in each replicate. Enteromorpha prolifera levels in the diets of four groups were 0 (control group), 2%, 3% and 4%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that, compared with the control, 3% adding level could significantly increase the antibody titer of Newcastle disease after secondary immunization, total protein and albumin contents in serum (P<0.05); and 4% adding level could significantly increase the transformation rate of peripheral blood T lymphocyte at the later stage, immune organ indices, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and albumin contents in serum, decrease total cholesterol, triglyceride and malonaldehyde contents in serum, enhance total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in serum (P<0.05 or P<0.01); while each adding level had no significant difference on the glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, urea nitrogen and globulin contents in serum (P>0.05). In conclusion, Enteromorpha prolifera, a chlorella that has no toxicity, could enhance the immunity and antioxidant function, improve lipid and protein metabolism of broiler chickens, and it could be used with a level of 3%~4% in production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(3):682-688]
