叶黄素不同供给途径对雏鸡抗氧化性能的影响

摘要

本试验比较了通过在种母鸡日粮中添加万寿菊提取物(主要成分是叶黄素)和直接在雏鸡日粮中添加万寿菊提取物这2种不同供给途径对雏鸡抗氧化性能的影响。选用39周龄海兰种母鸡120只,分为2个处理,其中一个处理饲喂对照日粮,另一个处理饲喂添加有万寿菊提取物的试验日粮。饲喂21 d后,收集种蛋进行人工孵化。雏鸡出壳以后,将每一处理雏鸡再分成2个处理,其中一个处理饲喂对照日粮;另一个处理饲喂添加有万寿菊提取物的日粮(添加量与母鸡日粮中相同);饲喂21 d后,测定各项抗氧化指标。结果表明:在母鸡日粮中添加万寿菊提取物能够显著提高雏鸡肝脏中类胡萝卜素的浓度;且2种供给途径均能显著的增强雏鸡肝脏中抗氧化酶的活力并降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。综上,种母鸡日粮中叶黄素含量是决定雏鸡出壳第1周体内类胡萝卜素水平的主要因素。

Abstract

The study was conducted to compare the effectiveness of lutein supplementation ways between pre-hatch (from the diet of hens) and post-hatch (from the diet of progeny) on antioxidant capacity of chicks. One hundred and twenty Hailan breeder hens were divided into 2 groups, one is control group, and the other is test group supplemented with marigold extracts. After 21 days, eggs were collected and placed in an incubator. After hatching, neonatal chicks from each group were also divided into 2 groups, one group of chicks was fed control diet, and the other was fed diet supplemented with marigold extracts (the supplementation amount was the same as that of hens’ diet). At 21 days of age, the chicks were killed, and their livers were collected for antioxidative capability analysis. Results indicated that the pre-hatch supplementation could significantly increase the concentrations of carotenoids in livers; the marigold extracts supplementation could significantly enhance the activities of antioxidase and decrease the contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) in livers of chicks. Lutein in maternal diet is the main determinant of the carotenoid status in offspring for at least 7 days after hatching.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(3):689-695]
