冬毛生长期公貂对不同蛋白质水平日粮营养物质消化率及氮代谢的比较研究

摘要

本试验旨在研究冬毛生长期公貂对不同蛋白质水平日粮的消化代谢规律。选择健康的90日龄公貂60只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。各组公貂分别饲喂蛋白质水平为26%(Ⅰ组)、28%(Ⅱ组)、30%(Ⅲ组)、32%(Ⅳ组)、34%(Ⅴ组)和36%(Ⅵ组)的日粮。预试期7 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:冬毛生长期公貂对不同蛋白质水平日粮的采食量、干物质采食量、干物质排出量、干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率、脂肪消化率、尿氮、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值均差异不显著(P>0.05),但在32%蛋白质水平时蛋白质消化率达到最高;Ⅲ组和Ⅵ组的钙消化率显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅵ组的磷消化率显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组的食入氮极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的粪氮显著低于Ⅲ~Ⅵ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的氮沉积显著低于Ⅵ组(P<0.05),且Ⅱ组的氮沉积亦显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。由此得出,日粮中的蛋白质水平达到32%时,冬毛生长期公貂对蛋白质的消化利用率最好,基本能满足公貂的营养需要。

Abstract

The experiment studied the regularity of digestibility and metabolism in male mink fed different protein level diets during fur development period. Sixty healthy male mink of 90 d old were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates and 1 mink per replicate. The mink in 6 groups were fed with protein levels of 26% (group Ⅰ), 28% (group Ⅱ), 30% (group Ⅲ), 32% (group Ⅳ), 34% (group Ⅴ) and 36% (group Ⅵ), respectively. The experiment lasted for 56 days, including preset period for 7 days and test period for 49 days. The results showed as follows: mink in different groups had no significant difference in feed intake, dry matter intake, dry matter output, dry matter digestibility, protein digestibility, fat digestibility, urine nitrogen content, net protein utilization and biological value of protein (P>0.05), but the protein digestibility was the highest when protein levels arrived at 32%; the digestibility of calcium in groups Ⅲ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ (P<0.05); the digestibility of phosphorous in groups Ⅲ~Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05); the nitrogen intake in groups Ⅲ~Ⅵ was extremely significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.01); the fecal nitrogen contents in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in groups Ⅲ~Ⅵ (P<0.05); the nitrogen retention in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅵ (P<0.05), and the nitrogen retention in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅳ (P<0.05). In conclusion, when the protein level of diet arrived at 32%, the mink had the best protein digestibility and availability. So, the 32% protein level of diet was met to the protein need of mink during fur development period.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2010,22(3):723-728]
