摘要

试验选用15日龄、30日龄、60日龄、90日龄和成年獭兔各15只,对獭兔不同肠段(十二指肠、空肠和回肠、盲肠)pH、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳糖酶活性进行测定。结果表明:肠段不同,pH和酶活性不同。15日龄后獭兔各肠段pH变化不大,相同日龄pH:回肠>空肠>十二指肠。随着日龄的增加,淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性增加,乳糖酶的活性逐渐降低;相同日龄淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶活性:空肠> 回肠> 十二指肠,乳糖酶活性:空肠>十二指肠>回肠。盲肠pH、淀粉酶和乳糖酶活性低于小肠,纤维素酶在60日龄后迅速增加;盲肠各消化酶活性90日龄后基本稳定。

Abstract

Fifteen adult rex rabbits and fifteen rex rabbits at 15, 30, 60 and 90 d of age were selected respectively, and the pH, activity of amylase, trypsin, chymytropsin, lipase and lactase in duodenum, jejunum, ileum and caecum of rex rabbit were measured. The results showed that pH and the activities of digestive enzymes in different small intestine sections were different. The pH in each small intestine section had no singnificant difference when the rex rabbit was older than 15 days , and the pH of ileum was higher than that of the jejunum, and the pH of the jejunum was higher than that of the denum in the rex rabbits at the same age. Along with the growing of the rex rabbits, the activity of amylase, trypsin, chymotrypsin and lipase increased, and the activity of amylase, trypsin, chymotrypsin in the jejunum was the highest, followed by that in the ileum and duodenum in rex rabbits at the same age; the activity of lactase reduced gradually, and the activity of lactase appeared to be the highest in the jejunum, and then in the duodenums and ileums in rex rabbits at the same age. The pH, amylase and lactase activity in the caecum were lower than those insmall intestine and the activity of cellulose increased significantly after 60 d. The activities of digestive enzymes in the caecum were basically stable after 90 d.
