试验旨在通过在蛋用雏鸡日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的菊粉,研究菊粉对蛋雏鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血清免疫球蛋白的影响,以及菊粉替代抗生素对蛋雏鸡的应用效果。试验选用了1日龄海兰褐蛋用雏鸡400只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,其余为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.2% 、0.4%和0.8%菊粉和抗生素,试验期为5周。结果表明:各添加比例菊粉对蛋雏鸡日采食量影响差异不显著(P>0.05),添加0.8%菊粉和抗生素对雏鸡日增重、料重比、成活率、免疫器官指数、IgA 、IgG影响显著(P<0.05)。结论:菊粉有促进雏鸡生长,提高雏鸡免疫器官指数和增加血清免疫球蛋白含量的作用,尤其以0.8%添加比例菊粉效果最好,可替代抗生素部分作用在蛋雏鸡日粮中添加使用。
The experiment was conducted to study effects of inulin on the growth performance, indices of immune organs and serum immunoglobulin of laying chicklings as well as the performance of inulin which replaced the antibiotics in diets by adding 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% of inulin, respectively. Four hundred 1-day-old Hyline brown laying chicklings were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group of 20 chicklings per replicate. Group I was the control group fed basal diet while the others were the experimental groups fed the diet with 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% inulin and antibiotics, respectively. The experiment lasted for five weeks. Results showed that inulin of above percentages in the diet had not significant influence on the average daily feed intake (P>0.05), and adding 0.8% inulin and antibiotics in the diet of laying chicklings had significant effects on average daily gain, feed∶gain, livability, indices of immune organs, IgA and IgG (P<0.05). It was concluded that adding inulin to diet could increase immune organ indices, improve the level of serum immunoglobulin and growth performance of laying chicklings. Adding 0.8% inulin to the diet showed the best performance, which could be used in substituting some function of the antibiotics.
