摘要

本试验选用216只1日龄东北肉雏鹅,随机分为9个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复6只试鹅,采用4因素3水平L9(34)正交试验设计,通过饲养试验、代谢试验、比较屠宰试验以及胫骨成分测定试验,研究1~28日龄东北肉鹅饲粮适宜代谢能、粗蛋白质、钙和非植酸磷水平。结果表明:饲粮代谢能水平极显著影响日增重、采食量、料重比和腹脂率(P<0.01),显著影响肠道率(肠道重/活体重×100%)(P<0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质水平极显著影响粗蛋白质表观利用率(P<0.01),显著影响料重比、肠道率和胫骨磷(P<0.05)。饲粮钙水平极显著影响磷表观利用率(P<0.01)和显著影响日增重(P<0.05)。饲粮非植酸磷水平极显著影响磷表观利用率、胫骨重和胫骨钙(P<0.01),显著影响胫骨灰分和胫骨磷(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,1~28日龄东北肉鹅(莱茵鹅♂×双城本地鹅♀)饲粮适宜代谢能水平为12.5 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平为18%,钙水平为0.8%,非植酸磷水平为0.5%。

Abstract

In order to study appropriate levels of dietary metabolizable energy, crude protein, calcium and non phytic acid phosphorus for northeast geese from 1 to 28 days of age, 216 one-day-old northeast geese were randomly allotted to 9 treatments with 4 replicates of 6 geese in each replicate using four factors and three levels L9 (34) orthogonal design. Feeding trial, metabolism test, comparative slaughter test and tibia component trial were conducted. The results indicated that average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed/gain ratio, abdominal fat ratio were affected (P<0.01) and intestinal ratio (weight of intestine/body weight of geese) was affected (P<0.05) by dietary ME. Apparent utilization ratio of CP was affected (P<0.01) and feed/gain ratio, intestinal ratio and tibia phosphorus was affected (P<0.05) by dietary CP. Phosphorus apparent utilization ratio was affected (P<0.01) and average daily gain was affected (P<0.05) by dietary calcium. Phosphorus apparent utilization ratio, the weight of tibiae and tibia calcium were affected (P<0.01) and the ash of tibia and tibia phosphorus was affected (P<0.05) by dietary non phytic acid phosphorus. In conclusion, the appropriate levels of dietary energy, crude protein, calcium and non phytic acid phosphorus in this experiment were 12.5 MJ/kg, 18%, 0.8% and 0.5% for northeast geese (Rhin geese ♂ × Shuangcheng geese ♀) from 1 to 28 days of age, respectively.
