Study on Dynamic Digestion of Fiber in Geese

摘要

本文旨在采用内、外源指示剂测定鹅对纤维的动态消化过程。试验选用5周龄健康、体重相近的吉林农安鹅60只,随机分成2组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只,分别饲喂以苜蓿草粉和玉米秸秆为主要纤维来源的日粮。饲喂30 d后,饲喂混有一定比例Co-EDTA(平均0.2 g Co/只)的日粮,投放标记物后1、2、3、4和5 h进行屠宰,分别取腺胃、肌胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和直肠的内容物,以链烷烃和Co-EDTA分别作为内源固态食糜、外源液态食糜指示剂进行动态消化学指标和养分消化率的测定。结果表明:分别用以苜蓿和玉米秸秆为主要纤维来源的日粮喂鹅,纤维消化的动态规律是一致的。食糜流通量在空肠中最大,流通速率在肌胃中最慢,滞留时间在肌胃和十二指肠较长,且液态食糜流通量高于固态食糜。两种纤维源同一肠段的食糜流通量苜蓿组显著高于玉米秸组(P<0.05),流通速率苜蓿组显著低于玉米秸组(P<0.05),滞留时间苜蓿组显著大于玉米秸组(P<0.05)。纤维组分的消化率总的趋势是:在十二指肠和空肠中性洗涤纤维的消化率较高;在肌胃和十二指肠酸性洗涤纤维消化率较高;在盲肠半纤维素的消化率较高。苜蓿组纤维各组分的消化率均高于玉米秸秆组。由结果得出,在本试验条件下,苜蓿草粉作为纤维源优于玉米秸秆。

Abstract

Dynamic process of fiber digestion in geese was determined by endogenous and exogenous indicators in this study. Sixty 5-week-old  Jilin nong’an  white geese were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates of 5 geese in each replicate and fed diets using alfalfa and corn stalk as main fiber sources, respectively. Co-EDTA (0.2 g Co/goose)were fed after feeding 30 d, and the contents of glandular stomach, gizzard, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum and rectum were collected at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 h after feeding Co-EDTA. The dynamics digestion indices and nutrient digestibility were determined by alkane (endogenous indicator of solid chyme) and Co-EDTA (exogenous indicator of liquid chyme). The results showed that: alfalfa and corn stalk offered to geese as main fiber in diets did not differ in their dynamic law of fiber digestion. In the digestive tracts, circulation volume of chyme in jejunum was the highest; circulation rate of chyme in gizzard was the slowest; retention time of chyme in gizzard and duodenum were longer; circulation volume of liquid chyme was higher than that of solid chyme. In the same digestive tracts of two roughage sources, circulation volume of chyme in alfalfa group was significantly higher than that in corn stalk group (P<0.05); circulation rate of chyme in alfalfa group was significantly lower than that in corn stalk group (P<0.05); retention time of chyme in alfalfa group was significantly longer than that in corn stalk group (P<0.05). Digestibility of fiber ingredients in digestive tracts: digestibility of NDF in duodenum and jejunum was higher; digestibility of ADF in gizzard and duodenum was higher; digestibility of hemicellulose in caecum was higher. Digestibility of fiber ingredients in alfalfa group was higher than that in corn stalk group. It was concluded that alfalfa used as the main roughage source was better than that of corn stalk.
