本试验旨在研究日粮糖种类和水平对青鱼生长性能和生理指标的影响。选用480尾平均初重为(1.63±0.10)g的健康青鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾,分别饲喂含20%葡萄糖(低糖)、40 %葡萄糖(高糖)、20%糊精(低糖)和40%糊精(高糖)的等氮等能日粮,试验期为16周。试验结束后分别测定红细胞脆性、糖化血红蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、总抗氧化能力、总补体溶血活性、脾指数、肝胰指数等指标。另选用平均尾重为(4.3±0.5) g的健康青鱼360尾,相似条件下相同分组饲喂8周后胸腔注射12.5 mg/kg(以体重计)的氯化镉溶液,观察其24 h存活率。试验结果表明,日粮糖种类和水平对青鱼的生长未造成显著影响(P>0.05);糖化血红蛋白含量高糖组显著高于低糖组(P<0.05),肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶、血浆超氧化物歧化酶含量和血浆总抗氧化能力均为葡萄糖组显著高于糊精组(P<0.05),肝胰脏总抗氧化能力高糖组显著高于低糖组(P<0.05);红细胞脆性高糖组极显著地低于低糖组(P<0.01),补体溶血活性、血浆溶菌酶活性和24 h镉染毒存活率各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,青鱼可耐受40%的日粮糖,一定量的日粮糖尤其是葡萄糖有利于提高青鱼的抗氧化力。
This study was designed to explore the effects of kind and level of dietary carbohydrate on the growth performance and physiological indices of juvenile black carp (Mylopharyngdon piceus Richardson). Four hundred and eighty fish with an average initial body weight of (1.63±0.10) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 40 fish in each replicate. They were fed the isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets containing 20% glucose (low carbohydrate), 40% glucose (high carbohydrate), 20% dextrin (low carbohydrate) and 40% dextrin (high carbohydrate), respectively for 16 weeks. After feeding trial,the erythrocyte fragility (Eof), content of glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), total complement hemolysis (CH50) and spleen, liver and pancreas indices were determined. Meanwhile, three hundred and sixty fish with an average initial body weight of (4.3±0.5) g were randomly divided into 4 groups, and fed the corresponding diets for 8 weeks to analyze the 24 h survival rate after cadmium chloride injection. The results showed that, the growth performance of juvenile black carp was not significantly affected by the kind and level of dietary carbohydrate (P>0.05); the contents of GHb in high carbohydrate group was significantly higher than that in low group (P<0.05), the activities of hepatopancreas SOD, plasma SOD and plasma T-AOC in glucose group were significantly higher than that in dextrin group (P<0.05), the activities of hepatopancreas TAOC in high carbohydrate group was significantly higher than that in low group (P<0.05); the Eof in high carbohydrate group was significantly lower than that in low group (P<0.01). Different kind and level of dietary carbohydrate had no significant effects on the activities of CH50, lysozyme and the 24 h survival rate after cadmium injection (P>0.05). The results indicated that juvenile black carp could tolerate 40% dietary carbohydrate and the carbohydrate could improve the antioxidant capacity, especially glucose.
