日粮精氨酸水平对断奶~2月龄肉兔生长性能、免疫器官指数及血清指标的影响

摘要

本文旨在研究日粮精氨酸水平对断奶~2月龄肉兔生长性能、免疫器官指数及血清指标的影响。选用断奶肉兔100只,随机分成5组(每组20个重复,每个重复1只兔子,公母各占1/2),分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0(对照组)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%精氨酸的试验日粮,预试期7d,正试期23d。结果表明:0.2%~0.8%组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但0.2%~0.8%组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮精氨酸水平对胸腺指数影响显著(P=0.0345),对脾脏指数影响不显著(P>0.05)。血清IgA含量随日粮精氨酸水平的增加极显著提高(P<0.01),日粮精氨酸水平对IgM和IgG无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮不同精氨酸水平对血清总蛋白和血清胆固醇含量影响极显著(P=0.000 3,P=0.0034)。血清胰岛素含量随日粮精氨酸水平的增加先升高后降低,以0.4%组最高。日粮不同精氨酸水平对血清类胰岛素样生长因子-1含量影响显著(P=0.0484),以0.2%组含量最高。综合本试验测定指标,断奶~2月龄生长肉兔日粮精氨酸适宜添加量为0.2%~0.4%。

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of arginine on growth performance, immune organs indices and serum indices of weaner to 2-month-old growing meat rabbits. One hundred 1-month-old New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 20 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 1 rabbit. Rabbits in 5 groups were fed basal diet with 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% arginine, respectively. The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation, and 23 days for sampling. The results showed that average daily gain in 0.2%~0.8% groups was significantly increased than that in control group (P<0.01), but no significant difference was found among 0.2%~0.8% groups (P>0.05). Arginine supplementation had significant influence on thymus indices (P=0.034 5), but had no significant influence on spleen indices (P>0.05). With the increase of arginine level, IgA concentration in serum increased significantly (P<0.01), but it had no influence on IgG and IgM (P>0.05). Arginine supplementation had significant influence on total protein and cholesterol concentration in serum (P=0.000 3, P=0.003 4), but had no significant influence on serum urine nitrogen (P>0.05). Serum insulin concentration increased firstly and then decreased with the level of arginine increased, and the highest group was 0.4% group. Dietary arginine supplementation had significant influence on serum insulinlike growth factor1 concentration (P=0.048 4), and the highest group was 0.2% group. In conclusion, the appropriate supplementation of arginine in diet of weaner to 2-month-old growing meat rabbit was 0.2%~0.4%.
