不同剂型丁酸钠与抗生素对肉仔鸡生产性能、肠道pH及挥发性脂肪酸含量的影响

摘要

为了研究日粮中添加粉剂和包膜丁酸钠对肉仔鸡生产性能、肠道pH以及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量的影响。选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡480只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只。对照组不添加任何抗生素,抗生素组在对照组基础上添加抗生素(杆菌肽锌40 mg/kg+硫酸粘杆菌素8 mg/kg);粉剂丁酸钠组在对照组基础上添加200 mg/kg粉剂丁酸钠;包膜丁酸钠组在对照组基础上添加200 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠。记录21日龄和42日龄的日均采食量和平均日增重,并分别于14日龄和35日龄,随机在每组选取12只鸡测定胃肠道pH,并取十二指肠、空肠和回肠内容物测定VFA。研究结果表明:与对照组相比,丁酸钠对肉仔鸡日均采食量影响显著(P<0.05),添加包膜丁酸钠显著降低了(6.25%)肉仔鸡21~42日龄的料重比(P<0.05)。丁酸钠的添加有降低肠道pH的趋势。日粮中添加200 mg/kg粉剂丁酸钠,可以提高肠道的6.72%的乙酸含量,提高23.08%的丙酸含量,提高49.01%的丁酸含量;添加200 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠,可以提高肠道的10.39%的乙酸含量,提高33.61%的丙酸含量,提高36.80%的丁酸含量。以上结果可以说明,丁酸钠能够提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率,改善生产性能,降低肠道pH,且能够提高肠道VFA的含量,且包膜丁酸钠效果优于粉剂丁酸钠。

Abstract

To study the effects of sodium butyrate (SB) supplementation on performance, pH and concentration of volatile fatty acids (VFA) in broilers, four hundred and eighty 1-day-old AA broilers were divided into four groups (three replicates for each group, and forty broilers per replicate). Broilers were fed the following diets: control diet group was without any SB and antibiotics; antibiotics group was supplemented with antibiotics (zinc bacitracin 40 mg/kg+colistin sulfate 8 mg/kg) into the basal diet; powder sodium butyrate (PSB) group was consisted of control diet+200 mg/kg PSB; coated sodium butyrate (CSB) group was consisted of control diet+200 mg/kg CSB. Average daily gain and average daily feed intake (ADFI) of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age were recorded. At 14 and 35 days of age, twelve broilers were randomly selected to determine intestinal pH and VFA, respectively. The results showed as following: addition of SB significantly affected ADFI and CSB, and decreased F/G (6.25%) in grower period (21~42 days of age, P<0.05). SB showed a decreasing tendency of the gut pH; and 200 mg/kg CSB supplementation could significantly improve the acetic acid concentration by 10.39%, propionic acid concentration by 33.61% and butyrate concentration by 36.80% in the intestine. In conclusion, SB could increase feed conversion rate to improve growth performance, decrease intestinal pH, and increase intestinal VFA concentration.
