The Use of Anthocyanins as a Feed Additive

Abstract

This paper reviewed primary physiological functions, absorption and metabolism of anthocyanins, as well as influences of anthocyanins as feed additives on animal immunity and production performance. The latest effective extraction processes for anthocyanins are also summarized.
